I got my first 3D printer a few years ago — one of those entry-level machines you spend three evenings assembling, only to watch your first print peel off the bed and curl up like a potato chip. Classic.

The learning curve was steeper than I expected. Every filament behaved differently. PLA was forgiving, PETG stuck to everything it wasn't supposed to, and don't even get me started on my first roll of TPU going through a Bowden setup. Each time I switched materials, I'd find myself jumping between Reddit threads, YouTube videos, and manufacturer spec sheets just to figure out a reasonable starting point.

At some point I started keeping a spreadsheet — temperatures, retraction settings, drying times, what worked and what didn't. It became my go-to reference. A few friends who also printed started asking for copies. Then I thought: why not just make it a proper tool that anyone can use?

So I spent some weekends building this. No grand plan, no startup ambitions. Just a hobbyist cleaning up his notes and putting them online in a form that's actually useful. The tools are free because that's what the community has always been — people sharing knowledge without asking for anything in return.
